Contractors don’t always have the time to give their pricebook the attention it needs, which can result in a lack of professionalism, inconsistency in pricing, and difficulty hitting target profit margins. Not to mention contractors who struggle with organizing and maintaining their pricebook for various business units, trades, and job types with the level of customization and insight needed.

Luckily, we’ve recently released two new features for Pricebook Pro that help grow revenue while saving countless hours on pricebook setup and maintenance: Auto Proposals and Configurable Services.

Auto Proposals is a Titan Intelligence (TI) feature that automatically builds Good, Better, Best proposal templates for you. TI combines the wisdom of industry experts and Artificial Intelligence to analyze estimates history and create templates for the highest performing and most commonly sold Estimates. This feature helps close bigger sales more often by making it easy for your techs to sell.

If you are an existing Pricebook Pro user, Auto Proposals is already available in your account and can be used by navigating to Pricebook > Templates > Proposal Templates tab and clicking “Generate Proposals.” You can learn more by visiting the Knowlege Base or checking out the on-demand mini webinar “New Feature in a Nutshell: Auto Proposals.”

Powered by Titan Intelligence (TI), Configurable Services surfaces your relevant vendor materials when creating estimates and simplifies material tracking to maximize revenue — saving you hundreds of hours of manual data entry. Configurable Services is launching in the Spring 2024 Release (ST-69), and Pricebook Pro users should be able to access this feature upon receiving the release.
