Resolved! Sales Commission Sliding Scale - Help?

For those of you that pay HVAC salesmen their commission on a sliding percentage scale based on the amount discounted off of book price: would anyone be willing to share the details of their plan?

Configurable Payroll Issues

I have item specific bonuses that are set to pay on the last payment date. It seems that it is giving credit to BOTH techs assigned to a job, even if one of them has 100% of the split. That doesn't seem right to me... How can I get these Item Bonuses...

Configurable Payroll & Splits

Isn't configurable payroll supposed to assign item bonuses based on splits? I have an item bonus that the system is paying to both techs on the job, even though the split is 100% for one of the techs. What am I missing?
