Service Titan Down

Anyone else's service titan down? Very slow, keeps throwing "application error codes (post 500)" every time we do anything. Tech's mobile isn't working either.

Messages Color Coded

We are a very large company and sometimes our messages get lost! When technicians are texting in it would be awesome if they could be color coded by business unit that way we would differentiate. I am wondering how many others this would help!

Signatures Should Have Editable Requirements

When a tech arrives onsite, Service Titan requires a signature upon arrival AND when the technician leaves, a signature is required. Currently this requirement is not able to be edited to be one or the other which I hope ST will change in the future....

Dispatch Board Organization

Does anyone know if you are able to arrange the way the teams display on the dispatch board? I can't find any where that would allow you do adjust the team settings.
